Official statements concerning public companies will be put under control

Official statements concerning public companies made by government officials in public will likely be restricted: the reason for that were the Central Bank’s statements concerning violations found in the “Sberbank” because the regulator’s deputy chairman Sergei Golubev publicly informed on the Bank of Russia’s plans to leave Sberbank’s capital; this may be treated as insider trading, market manipulations and insider information abuse.
