An alternative trade system is expected before the end of the year

This will be Russia’s first system of alternative OTC (“over-the-counter”) trading – informed representatives of the brokerage companies.

Russia launches its first system of alternative OTC (“over-the-counter”) trading (aka "electronic communication networks” in the USA or “multilateral trading facilities" in Europe), for which the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) agreed to provide its own technologies – chairman of the Federal Financial Market Service (FFMS) Vladimir Milovidov doesn’t mind.
