SEC caught Goldman Sachs on financial securities

The Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a civil suit against Goldman Sachs in relation to financial fraud. In 2004-2007, when the credit market was active, the investment bank placed 23 issues of financial securities known by the name “Abacus”.
