Ukrainian banks change regulator?

Ukraine’s Parliament (the Verkhovna Rada) decided yesterday that supervision over banks would be carried out by the Private Deposit Insurance Fund. Representatives of the Fund itself aren’t ready for such responsibility and wish to deal only with bankruptcy cases and temporary administration.
