Russian president Dmitry Medvedev signed an order on immediate actions to lift administrative restrictions for entrepreneurship – announced the president’s press service this Thursday.

Russia’s president Dmitry Medvedev signed an order to lift administrative restrictions (administrative barriers) for entrepreneurship (especially small and medium enterprises, SMEs) – a number of projects will soon be introduced to the State Duma and will lower the number of inspections (not related to taxation) and will replace certification (licensing) with provision of financial guarantees and quality assurance.
